  • This hand cutter is the tool needed for professional clean cutting holes for Lift-the-DOT®
  • With this cutter, you will need a cutting pad (end grain wood stump works great too).
  • You will also need a leather mallet (regular hammers aren't recommended).
  • Protective eye wear needed.
  • Don't perform this task on your boat. Find a surface that can't be damaged by hammering.
