My Account

  • How do I create an account?  

Click on “Account” at the top right corner of our site and then click on the “Create Account” button under the New Customer area. Fill in account information and click on “Create Account”.

  • How do I edit my account information or change my password?

Login to your account, go to account settings, make changes, then click on “Update Details”.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset the password to my account?

Click on “Login” located at the top right corner of the site, then click on “Forgot Your Password” and follow instructions.

 

Order Status

  • How can I check my order status?

Go to Order Comments area in your confirmation email and click on “Check Order Status” to see order status. You can also go into your account to check your order status by clicking on “Account” at the top right corner of our site then go to “Orders” and find your order to view order status.

  • How do I track my order?

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then go to “Orders” and find your order to track order status.

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then click on “Orders" to view orders you have placed. Find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

  • My order never arrived.

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then click on “Orders” to view your order status. Confirm that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • An item is missing from my order.

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then click on “Orders” to view your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.   • My product is missing parts.

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then click on “Orders” to view your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped.   • When will my back order arrive?

Back ordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. As soon as these items become available, we will ship them to you.

 

Shipping

  • What choices do I have for shipping?

You can choose the type of shipping method that works best for you from the available Shipping Method choices offered during checkout.

  • How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

  • When will my order ship?

On all stocked items, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. Orders coming through before 3 p.m. usually ship on the same day. You will receive an order confirmation via email after you have placed your order. Custom orders may have different ship dates. See custom orders below for more information.

  • When will my custom order ship?

On custom orders, including Bimini Boots, these items ship within 10-15 business days.

  • Why do I have multiple packages?

On occasion, you may have packages come from two different locations. If we can get your items to you faster, we may choose to ship this way at no extra cost to you.

 

International Shipping

  • Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking on "Account" at the top right corner of our site and filling in requested information. During sign up, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my international shipment?

International Shipping takes 7 - 30 days. Getting through customs varies from country to country.

  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click on "Account" at the top right corner of our site, then click on “Orders” to view orders and print invoices.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

  • When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
